The Sales Coordinator's main responsibility is to achieve sales targets and maintain positive customer relationships. They will closely collaborate with clients to understand their needs while striving to meet company objectives. This includes managing teams that generate new business opportunities or expand existing revenue streams. The Sales Coordinator will set sales goals, monitor sales data, and ensure monthly quotas are met. Additionally, they will enter sales data, ensure timely order delivery, and assess department performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate sales team activities by managing schedules, filing documents, and communicating relevant information.
- Ensure adequate sales-related equipment and materials are available.
- Address customer complaints and provide post-sales support.
- Organize and store financial and non-financial data electronically, and prepare reports.
- Process orders accurately and promptly.
- Inform clients of any unforeseen delays or issues.
- Monitor team activities, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions.
- Assist in preparing and organizing promotional materials or events.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
- Serve as a liaison between the production, logistics, and sales departments.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably as a sales coordinator or in other administrative roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Well-organized and responsible with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Team player with a high level of dedication.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. Certification in sales or marketing is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹33,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
