Filling SI, form - 13, VGM and TR submission.

Preparation of BL Draft.

Co-ordination with Internal team & Liners for documents & operation process.

Knowledge of Bill of Lading.

Sending pre-alert documents & debit notes to overseas office.

Handle Pre and Post Shipment documents & Documents dispatched to the Shipper / Overseas office.

Ensure the proper and timely movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service within the Ocean Import and Export department.

Interact with our customers in arranging their international shipments, pro-actively monitor shipment in transit and keep customers appraised with regards to arrival times, delays or transit issues and help to ensure we meet or exceed customer expectations at all times.

Ensure all documentation is supplied in a timely manner to the Shipping line/Customer.

Good Communicate to Suppliers, Shipping Lines, CHA & Transporters with Mail and telephonic.

Responsible for Hazardous & Non-Hazardous chemical approval with the shipping line.

Placing online Container Bookings in Various Shipping Lines & NVOCC.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
