As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Import-Export Coordinator to join our team and facilitate seamless communication and coordination between our US staff and freight companies.

The Import-Export Coordinator will be responsible for managing the logistics and coordination of shipments between our suppliers, US staff, and freight companies. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely shipment of books and related materials.
- Liaise with freight companies to obtain competitive shipping rates and arrange transportation of goods.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on delivery status.
- Manage customs documentation and ensure compliance with import-export regulations.
- Work closely with the US staff to coordinate receiving, storage, and distribution of incoming shipments.
- Resolve any issues or delays related to shipments, including customs clearance, transportation, and delivery.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, freight companies, and internal teams to address any logístical challenges or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
- Monitor and analyze shipping costs to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Stay informed about changes in import-export regulations and industry best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in import-export coordination, preferably in the book industry.
- Strong understanding of international shipping procedures and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Salary**: ₹12,136.65 - ₹54,585.46 per month
