**Job Title**: Import-Export Executive
**Location**: West Delhi

**Reports To**: Department Head

**Job Purpose**:
To manage and coordinate all import and export activities ensuring timely delivery, compliance with regulations, and cost optimization to support smooth business operations.

**Key Responsibilities:Imports**:

- Manage the **end-to-end import process** for goods and materials.
- Coordinate with **suppliers and vendors** to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Ensure compliance with **international trade regulations and customs requirements**.
- Oversee import documentation such as **checklist, draft shipping documents of exporters, and review checklists for accuracy and completeness**.
- Work with **customs brokers** to facilitate clearance of goods.
- Monitor shipments and track import timelines to **prevent delays**.
- Negotiate **terms and pricing with vendors** to optimize import costs.
- Collaborate with **logistics teams** to coordinate transportation and storage requirements.
- Maintain records of import activities and prepare management reports, utilizing tools like **Super Works** to streamline processes.
- Stay updated on changes in **import regulations, tariffs, and compliance requirements**.
- Resolve any issues related to **shipping or customs clearance promptly**.
- Support in developing **import strategies to improve efficiency** and reduce costs.

**Exports**:

- Coordinate and manage **all aspects of the export process**, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment scheduling.
- Communicate effectively with **international clients, freight forwarders, and customs agents** to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and review **export documents** such as invoices, packing lists, SI (Shipping Instructions), shipping bills, and E-BRC documents to comply with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain **accurate records** of shipments including tracking information and customs documentation.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure they **arrive on time and in good condition**.
- Resolve issues or delays during the export process, including **customs delays or transportation problems**.
- Stay up-to-date with **international trade regulations and compliance requirements**.
- Collaborate with **sales, logistics, and finance teams** to coordinate export activities and meet customer requirements.
- Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Graduate / Postgraduate in **International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field**.
- Minimum **2-4 years of experience** in Import-Export operations.
- Strong knowledge of **customs regulations, documentation, and compliance**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office, ERP systems, and tools like Super Works**.
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and coordination skills**.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and **problem-solving skills**.

Salary : As per your Interview

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
