**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Creative Design & Development**:

- Design compelling visuals for digital (social media, websites, ads) and print (brochures, flyers, posters).
- Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts in line with brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency in design across all marketing channels.
- **Brand Identity Management**:

- Maintain and enhance the company’s visual identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create brand-consistent materials.
- Develop new design ideas while adhering to existing brand aesthetics.
- **Social Media & Digital Assets Creation**:

- Design engaging graphics for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Create digital ads, banners, infographics, and motion graphics when needed.
- **UI/UX Design Support**:

- Work closely with web developers to create visually appealing and user-friendly website designs.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**:

- Work with content writers, marketers, and developers to produce cohesive designs.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
- Adapt designs based on feedback from clients and stakeholders.
- **File & Asset Management**:

- Organize and maintain design files, assets, and resources in an accessible manner.
- Ensure print and digital assets are delivered in the correct formats and resolutions.
- **Market Trends & Research**:

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
- Research competitors and industry standards to create innovative designs.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Certification in design software or courses is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design (freshers with a strong portfolio are also welcome).
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)**.
- Familiarity with tools such as **Canva, CorelDRAW, Figma, Sketch** (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and web design tools.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
- Experience with video editing and animation is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong creativity and visual storytelling ability.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills for presenting design ideas.
