Prefer Cand with NP < 30 days Experience 5 years **Position 1: Voice Infrastructure Administrators - 9 positions** Skills:The Voice Infrastructure Administrator is responsible for the program’s monitoring and troubleshooting deliverables both directly and through the oversight of the broader team. - Minimum of 5 years experience administering and supporting Windows Servers 2012/16/19 or later - Experience with RHEL 7.x or later - Experience VMWare vSphere 6.x/7.x or later (ESXi/vCenter) - Windows Server management - Group Policy, Active Directory, WSUS, PowerShell, Chef - Monitoring - AppDynamics, InfluxData, MoogSoft, Kibana - Cisco UCS - Fabric Interconnect, Chassis - Assist with managing the level 2 ticket queue assigned to the client’s resources and the Support Team by the Service Desk. - Support the Client-hosted infrastructure servers. - Identify opportunities to Shift Left. - Route traffic to passive/secondary site(s) as needed during maintenance and/or outages - Provide vulnerability management support/remediation/reporting following the client's internal vulnerability management strategy and SLO’s - Provide support for Major Incidents (see Exhibit B), including participating in RRT calls to support Major Incident resolution.
