As a Jewelry Designer, you will be responsible for crafting exquisite and innovative designs for our diamond collections. You will collaborate closely with our gemologists, production team, and sales staff to develop captivating designs that resonate with our customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborating with gemologists to select high-quality diamonds that complement and enhance the design aesthetics.
- Utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software and traditional hand sketching techniques to develop detailed design concepts.
- Incorporating market trends and brand identity into design development.
- Researching emerging design trends, materials, and techniques to stay current and inspired.
- Working closely with the production team to ensure the feasibility and manufacturability of designs, guiding materials, techniques, and finishes.

**Qualification & Skills**
- Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Jewelry Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Jewelry Designer, preferably specialising in diamond jewelry, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skill.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as Rhino, Matrix, or similar programs.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
