**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide information about our courses and answer inquiries regarding the maritime industry.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for call volumes and enrollments.
- Collaborate with the team to improve our counseling strategies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum qualification: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) passed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
- Prior experience in telemarketing or counseling is a plus.
- Knowledge or interest in the maritime industry is desirable.
- Good computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
