**Position**: PR Executive
**Location**: Nidhivan Restaurant, Hyderabad
**Type**: Full-Time

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Media Relations**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and regional media outlets.
- Draft press releases, media kits, and articles to promote Nidhivan's events, menu highlights, and achievements.
- Coordinate press events and manage media coverage.
- **Brand Storytelling**:

- Craft compelling stories about Nidhivan's Hyderabadi cuisine and dining experience.
- Highlight the restaurant’s unique features through various platforms.
- **Social Media Collaboration**:

- Work with the social media team to create PR-worthy content that boosts engagement and visibility.
- Monitor online mentions and manage responses to ensure a positive reputation.
- **Event Management**:

- Plan and execute PR events such as food tastings, festivals, and influencer meetups.
- Collaborate with influencers and bloggers to enhance visibility.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Build relationships with local communities, cultural groups, and organizations to position Nidhivan as a go-to destination for Hyderabadi cuisine.
- Collaborate with event organizers to sponsor or participate in relevant events.
- **Crisis Management**:

- Handle negative publicity or complaints promptly and professionally to protect the brand’s reputation.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:

- Track PR campaign performance and generate regular reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in PR, preferably in the hospitality or food industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong networking skills with media contacts and influencers.
- Creative thinker with the ability to craft unique campaigns.
- Knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
