**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Media Relations & Communications**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media houses, influencers, and real estate publications.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and project-related announcements.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare media reports and coverage summaries.
- **Brand Image & Reputation Management**:

- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all public platforms.
- Address and manage any negative publicity or PR crises in a timely and professional manner.
- **Event Management**:

- Organize and coordinate press conferences, property launch events, site visits for media, and promotional campaigns.
- Represent the company at industry events, expos, and public forums.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Communicate with investors, local authorities, and government bodies for approvals, community relations, and public affairs.
- Build relationships with brokers, agencies, and real estate consultants.
- **Digital & Social Media Coordination**:

- Work with the digital marketing team to ensure online presence supports PR strategy.
- Monitor public sentiment across social channels and online platforms.
- **Content Development**:

- Create compelling communication materials such as brochures, newsletters, project updates, and website content.
- Assist in developing investor presentations and brand-building content.
- **Market Intelligence & Trends**:

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor PR activities, and new opportunities for visibility.
- Provide regular insights and recommendations for improving public engagement.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in PR, preferably in the real estate sector
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & local language)
- Excellent media and industry contacts
- Experience in event planning and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to handle PR crises and sensitive information with discretion
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office, PR tools, and social media platforms
