- **Outreach Activities**:

- Develop and implement strategic outreach programs targeting 10th-grade students and their parents.
- Collaborate with local schools to arrange informational sessions and campus tours.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Establish and maintain relationships with students, parents, educators, and community leaders.
- Act as a liaison between the college and potential students, addressing inquiries and providing information about programs, admissions, and campus life.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain a database of potential leads and track interactions to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Analyze outreach efforts and provide regular reports on engagement and conversion.

- **Qualifications**_
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or admissions within the education sector especially in the Junior College segment.
- Proven track record of successful outreach initiatives and student recruitment with Junior Colleges.
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
