**Job Objective**

Prepare and publish monthly financial statement
Quarterly and Annually closing, finalization of Accounts, completion of audit with Statutory auditors. internal auditors
Coordinate and direct the preparation of the MIS, budget and financial budget and report variances,
Submission of various MIS reports to senior management, Group reporting, presentation for Board meeting in accurate and timely manner
Impact analysis of regulation, regulatory orders, Ind AS, Direct Tax and Company Law amendments
Responsible for the preparation of regulatory reporting and implementing the Regulatory orders
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Compliance with applicable laws, regulations and regulatory orders
Book Hygiene.

Prepare development plan for all the Direct Reports
Review & Guidance to Team Members
Developing high performance culture

End to end coordination with Site, CTCG, F&A and BD for smooth execution and completion of project
Preparation of Budget Vs Actual
Detailed Project Report and support to F&A for FC
Monitoring of Project Progress and provide necessary support for smooth execution
To establish Budget control mechanism - Monthly review and alarming during NFA stage
To monitor cash flow.
