Must be able to take decisions and lead the project, from inception to delivery.
- Must be able to manage delivery of multiple projects from Civil, MEP & Interior Finishing projects, on time, within budget and with zero defects and to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Must be able to manage all sub-contractors to deliver quality works first time itself.
- Ability to do work from a PMC point of view. Should have good knowledge of Tendering, Project Planning, Billing and Execution, Project Management & Construction Works.
- Contract Management and site visit and reporting for critical issues.
- Should be able to review site progress as well as ensure necessary Quality and Safety requirements are strictly adhered to by the project team.
- Should also have good communication skills to interact with both with client and sub-contractors.
- Should be a team player, leader and motivator to the project team.
- Knowledge of MS Project & Auto Cad is important.

Qualifications : B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
