**Job Title
- Project Incharge**

Looking for an experience person who can setup a pharma plant outside India with having tablets and capsules section, powder & granules section, cream/ ointment section, syrup section, dry syrup section & packing section

He should be able to manufactures formulations & familiars with row materials sourcing.

**The role of a Project Incharge in an Ayurvedic pharma may involve the following responsibilities**:
1. Planning and executing projects related to the Ayurvedic pharmacy's operations and expansion.

2. Ensuring the timely completion of project deliverables within budget constraints.

3. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

4. Conducting research and analysis to support decision-making related to product development, marketing, and sales.

5. Coordinating with other departments, such as manufacturing, quality control, and marketing, to ensure smooth project implementation.

6. Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.

7. Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and standards in the Ayurvedic pharmaceutical industry.

8. Managing a team of project staff, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure successful project outcomes.

To be successful in this role, a Project Incharge in an Ayurvedic pharmacy should have a strong understanding of Ayurvedic medicine, pharmaceuticals, and production processes. They should also have excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership and communication skills are also essential to manage project staff effectively and collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders.
