**Senior Art Director**

Benchmark Education Company Graphic Designer is responsible for concepting, designing, and collaborating with design and editorial teams on print and digital programs, products, and marketing assets across Benchmark Education Company’s output.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Concept and Design programs, products, and marketing materials for Benchmark Education Company.
- Collaborate with design and editorial teams in the creation of new programs and products.
- Collaborate with internal departmental teams including, but not limited to editorial, marketing, photo, video, and production as needed.
- Work with illustrators, photographers, agencies, and other vendors as directed.
- This position requires the Graphic Designer to be familiar with and adhere to all corporate best practices, guidelines, and schedules as set forth by the Creative Director.

**Desired Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Educational Publishing industry.
- Expert Knowledge of all aspects of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational skills and confidence working on multiple projects with tight deadlines. The individual must possess strong time management skills and be comfortable in a dynamic creative environment.
- This position requires that the individual be able to quickly switch back and forth between multiple assignments at any given time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
