Panobiz Business Technologies Pvt.Ltd., is into Sales Management for a leading private sector bank, and we are looking for Sales officers/ Executes to be part of our management team.

Position Title: CASA - Sales Executive
CTC : 18k to 25k CTC plus Incentives
Qualification: Any graduate
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs of relevant experience

Job Purpose: To acquire CASA, Salary accounts and cross sell multiple banking products.

Key Accountability: The key accountability of the Sales Executives is to acquire new clients from the open market and build a relationship.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Acquiring new accounts (Current and Savings) from the open market
Quality sourcing of salary accounts from corporates

Conduct low-cost micro marketing activities around catchment areas for lead generations

Core Competencies:
Sales & Networking Skills
Good Communication & Listening Skills
Goal / Target oriented
BC certification is preferred.
Technical Experience and Competencies:
Banking Knowledge, Other banks product knowledge,Account Opening & KYC process, Computer Skills & Digital Knowledge, Good network in the market.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
