**Role & responsibilities**
- **Sales & Lead Generation**
- Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing to prospects.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up.
- Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum High School/Diploma; Bachelors preferred.
- **Experience**: 03 years in tele sales, marketing, or customer service.
- **Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Active listening and problem-solving ability.
- Basic computer and CRM software knowledge.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally.

Solar Sales Experience Preferable
