Coach other data scientists with various backgrounds, skills and abilities - Independently Execute Complex, major initiatives - Work with team to document and use tools such as Jira for all work done leading up to - The delivery of AI and machine learning solutions for technical non-technical stakeholders in the organization - Develop methods to track fidelity of implemented solutions - Mentor junior team member **Who You Are***: - M.S. or Ph.D. in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics,Computational Statistics,Machine Learning,or related technical fields - 3 years of leadership experience(in addition to hands on experience)including managing and mentoring technical individual contributors - Minimum 3 years of hands on experience developing supervised and unsupervised machine - learning algorithms(decision trees/random forest, neural networks, feature selection/reduction, clustering, etc.) - Programming skills in Python, Spark, Scala, R, SQL, or Matlab - An ability to translate technical ideas to non-technical audiences - Deep Knowledge Of A Combination Of The Following: Natural Language Processing(NLP) - Deep Learning and Neural Network, Reinforcement Learning, and Clustering Algorithms - Exceptional Problem Solving Skills, Intellectually curious, and open to new experience sand - challenges - Comfortable Working In Production-grade software environments **DISCOs Tech Stack**: We use several technologies within the engineering organization, and the list is always growing.
