**About**
- Supervise and coordinate the work of production staff to ensure that production targets are met on time and within budget.
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure that products meet quality and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports and presentations on production performance and other relevant issues as required.
- Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs, evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Implements existing production recipes and adjusts as necessary to produce products within specifications.
- Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data, answering questions and responding to requests.
- Preparing SOPs, manuals & work instructions for production operations and maintain.
- Implementation of HACCP system & Maintaining GMP and its monitoring in all the sections. r utilization of manpower.
- Oversees sanitation of facilities and grounds as Plant Sanitarian. Supervises & trains sanitation staff in frequency and methods of cleaning. Maintains MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for all chemicals used in the Lab and Production and trains employees on their use.
- Responsible for data collection processes, validation, reporting and submission to MIS. Develop and maintain databases and systems for storing and organizing production data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements

**Qualification**
- B.Sc./B. tech or M. Sc/ M.tech food technologist.

**Experience**
- 4-6 Years in similar Industry

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
