If you have a passion for the educational recruitment industry and possess at least 1 year of hands-on digital marketing experience, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to the educational recruitment industry.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the educational recruitment sector.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and online campaigns to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
- Manage and monitor social media channels to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics using relevant tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the educational recruitment industry.
- Proficient in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Experience with content creation and management for different digital channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
