**Job Title: Content Writer - Political Field**

**Location**: Gurugram

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Produce high-quality written content including speeches, articles, blog posts, op-eds, press releases, social media posts, and other materials to support our political initiatives and campaigns.
- **Research**: Conduct thorough research on political topics, current events, and policy issues to ensure accuracy and relevance in written materials.
- **Message Development**: Collaborate with the communications team to develop key messaging strategies and narratives that effectively communicate our political objectives and resonate with our target audience.
- **Editing and Proofreading**: Review and edit written materials for clarity, consistency, and accuracy. Ensure all content adheres to our organization's style guidelines and brand voice.
- **Campaign Support**: Provide support to political campaigns by creating content for campaign literature, advertisements, fundraising appeals, and other campaign materials as needed.
- **Monitoring and Analysis**: Monitor media coverage and public sentiment related to political issues and provide insights and recommendations for adjusting content strategies as necessary.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including political strategists, policymakers, and advocacy groups, to align content with organizational goals and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in political science, journalism, communications, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a content writer, journalist, or communications specialist in the political field.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling narratives and messages.
- Deep understanding of political issues, government processes, and public policy.
- Excellent research skills and the ability to analyze complex information from multiple sources.
- Familiarity with AP style, Chicago Manual of Style, or other editorial standards.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Google Suite, and content management systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for politics, social justice, and making a positive impact on society.
