**Experience**: 01-02 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food and beverage or retail industry.

Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills**.**

**Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel for events and promotions in and around Bhopal.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

**Responsibilities**:
**Marketing Strategy**: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences.

**Campaign Management**: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.

**Content Creation**: Create engaging content for social media, website, and other marketing materials.

Collaborate with designers, photographers, and other team members to produce

**Event Management**: Plan and organize promotional events and activities to enhance brand visibility.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of events.

**Customer Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain relationships with customers, gathering feedback and insights to improve products and services.

Implement customer loyalty programs to increase repeat business.

**Sales Support**: Assist the sales team with promotional activities and materials.

Monitor sales performance and provide support to achieve sales targets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
