**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs on **Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)**.
- Provide theoretical and practical training on various PLC platforms such as **Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric**, etc.
- Instruct students on **PLC architecture, wiring, programming languages (Ladder Logic, FBD, etc.), troubleshooting, and automation concepts**.
- Conduct hands-on lab sessions to provide real-world, practical experience with PLC systems.
- Develop course materials including presentations, manuals, and lab exercises.
- Assess student knowledge and skills through tests, quizzes, and practical demonstrations.
- Offer support and guidance to students during and after the course to ensure successful learning outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in PLCs and industrial automation.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to improve the overall training curriculum and delivery.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement in training methods and tools.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related field.
- Minimum **1-5 years** of hands-on experience with PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Proficiency in PLC programming languages such as **Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram (FBD), Structured Text**.
- Knowledge of different PLC platforms like **Siemens, Rockwell Automation, ABB, Omron**, etc.
- Previous teaching or training experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and helping others learn.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with **HMI (Human-Machine Interface)** and **SCADA** systems.
- Experience in working with industrial automation equipment and control systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain various PLC systems.
- Certification in PLC systems or automation would be an advantage.
