**JOB Description for (EV Charging and Infrastructure Trainer)**

Position: EV Charging and Infrastructure Trainer (for EV Training & Project Based Learning)

Minimum Qualification: M.Tech / B.Tech with relevant Experience (M.E/E.E)

Minimum Experience: 1 Year (working at E-mobility Training / Industry)

Location: Noida

**Roles & Responsibility**:Preparing Course curriculum, Handbooks, Papers, Presentation, Manuals etc. For successful execution of training / Specialization Programs.
- Ensuring the end-to-end delivery of Lectures, Practical, Case Studies, Experiments and Projects as per curriculum of Programs and IPs.
- Cross functional collaboration with multiple engineering activities to meet program deliverables
- Good understanding of various charging methods (CHADEMO, CCS etc.)
- Thorough understanding of various protocols (OCPP, PLC, CAN, SOAP, JSON etc.)
- Develop EV charging management solutions
- To prepare testing and validation plans, check sheets to conduct various communication checks between EV & charging infrastructure
- To conduct advanced projects on V2G, V2H, Solar EV Charging etc.
- To define and support development of EV ecosystem offerings (Use cases, charging infrastructure, LiB 2nd use, repurpose & recycle) by co-working / collaborating with various internal and external stakeholder’s in a cross functional environment
- To keep a track of Global & India EV market (sales, product specifications), benchmarking global/local products and solutions
- Responsible for delivery of Hands On session delivery, Project based learning.
- Ensuring quality, execution and feedback of programs.
- Conduction of workshop, Training, Internship program (Offline / Online) at various locations, apart from their centers.
- Resolving Technical Queries, Counselling and Orientation, Webinars for Fresh Admissions.
- Assist project manager in development and review of engineering drawings, specifications and other project deliverables.
- Mentor and support the engineering students/professionals for EV projects as per course curriculum.
- Ensure the timely processing of classes, projects, assignments, internship and placements.
- Deliver the expert lecture/talk on EV module &project.

**Key Skills and Minimum Qualification**:Understanding & implementation of charging function in EV VCU, EV OBC etc.
- Excellent collaboration skills with a strong player mind-set
- Good experience related to EV Charger.
- Knowledge of EV Charging Infrastructure and the various processes involved in manufacturing of EV Charger.
- Knowledge of high-volume manufacturing processes and/or automation is highly desirable.
- Experience with the full life cycle of product development processes.
- Strong Theoretical and Practical knowledge about Charging Infrastructure
- Excellency in Model Based Development for EV with proficient skills in MATLAB- Simulink, ANSYS, and Solid works Etc.
- EV Charging Mythology, Renewable energy based charging AC and DC.
- Working with latest Automotive Technologies

**Salary**: ₹11,494.44 - ₹46,781.90 per month
