**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate **Full Stack Developer / React Native Developer** to join a growing technology team.
You'll work on everything from developing cross-platform mobile apps in **React Native** to managing backend services and cloud deployments.
You’ll collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to create seamless, intuitive, and user-centric digital products.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Mobile & Front-End Development**
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using **React Native** for Android and iOS.
- Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using **React.js**.
- Optimize front-end performance for speed, usability, and accessibility.

2. **App Publishing & Maintenance**
- Publish and manage mobile apps on the **Google Play Store** and **Apple App Store**.
- Handle app versioning, updates, bug fixes, and ensure compliance with platform guidelines.

3. **Database Management**
- Write efficient queries and manage large datasets.
- Design, manage, and optimize databases using MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

4. **DevOps & Deployment**
- Implement **CI/CD pipelines** for continuous integration and delivery.

5. **Testing and Debugging**
- Write and maintain **unit, integration, and end-to-end tests** using frameworks like **Jest**, **Mocha**, or **Cypress**.

6. **Collaboration & Documentation**
- Collaborate with **UI/UX designers**, developers, and the digital marketing team to execute projects efficiently.
- Maintain technical documentation for **code**, **APIs**, and **development workflows**.
