About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to architect and develop scalable SaaS applications powered by AI. You will lead end-to-end development — from designing system architecture to deploying production-ready solutions — for next-generation automation products under the Makhija Automations AI brand.

Responsibilities

  • Build, test, and deploy responsive web applications using for frontend and for backend.
  • Integrate AI/ML APIs into production workflows to enhance app intelligence and automation.
  • Design and optimize databases (SQL/NoSQL) and backend APIs for high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers, product designers, and management to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Maintain secure, scalable, and maintainable system architecture.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and deployment automation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Full-Stack Development.
  • Strong command of , , , Python, REST APIs.
  • Experience in designing and managing SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Understanding of Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Bonus: Prior experience in AI/Automation or SaaS product development.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: ₹6,00,000 per annum
  • Performance Bonus: ₹6,00,000 upon successful completion of 18 pre-decided projects within 12 months.
  • Total Potential Earnings: ₹12,00,000 per annum

Work Mode

  • Location: Powai, Mumbai
  • Type: Onsite (In-person only)
  • Working Hours: 8 AM – 6 PM
