**Responsibilities (Business Development Associate)**:
.Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends
.Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through proactive outreach and networking
.Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting suitable solutions
.Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and sales materials
.Attend industry events and conferences to expand the company's network
.Track and report on sales performance metrics and provide insights for improvement
**Requirements**:
.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
.Proven experience in business development or pre-sales roles
.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
