**EPM implementer**:

**What you’ll do**:

- Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle EPM solution designs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
- Conduct system testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to Oracle EPM implementation, configurations, and processes.
- Stay updated on the latest Oracle EPM features, functionalities, and best practices.

**What to Have for this position**

**Must have Skills: -**
- Bachelor’s degree in economics or computer science, Information Systems
- Proven experience (3 years) working with Oracle EPM suite (Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management, Essbase, Financial Close Management, etc.).
- Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis processes.
- Proficiency in Oracle EPM configuration, customization, and administration.
- Experience with Oracle EPM integration with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM solutions is a plus.
- Oracle EPM certification(s) preferred.
