**Key Responsibilities:

1. Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle EPM solution designs.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
4. Conduct system testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality.
6. Develop and maintain documentation related to Oracle EPM implementation, configurations, and processes.
7. Stay updated on the latest Oracle EPM features, functionalities, and best practices.

**Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Economics or Computer Science, Information Systems
2. Proven experience (3 years) working with Oracle EPM suite (Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management, Essbase, Financial Close Management, etc.).
3. Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis processes.
4. Proficiency in Oracle EPM configuration, customization, and administration.
5. Experience with Oracle EPM integration with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
8. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
9. Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM solutions is a plus.
10. Oracle EPM certification(s) preferred.
