Always greet and welcome guest promptly in a warm and friendly manner, manager.

Always thank and give fond farewell to guest conveying anticipation for their next visit.

Assist guest while seating.

Assist guest are service within specified time.

Has a good Knowledge of **MENU **and presentation standard.

Speak with guest and staff using clear and professional language, and answer phone calls using **Appropriate telephone etiquette**

able to answer any Question regarding menu and assist with menu selection.

always applies service techniques correctly at all time, and serving food & braverage items with enthusiasms

Serve food & beverage to guest.

Set a time table according to type of events and service standards.

Records transaction\ orders in point of sales systems at the time of orders

maintain cleanliness of the work area, china, glass etc. throughout the shift

Reviews, orders requirement accordingly. present accurate final bill to guest and process payment

Performance shift closing on the point of sale terminal and tally cash and credit card settlement.

Ensures that hotel brand standards and SOP's are consistently implemented

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
