**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience in designing and shipping B2B digital products.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong proficiency in user research, testing, and market analysis.
- Expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Ability to iterate on designs based on user feedback and market trends.
- Experience working closely with developers to implement designs.
- In-depth knowledge of latest tools in designing like figma, Invision etc
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate design concepts to various stakeholders.
**Education**:
Undergrad degree required, NIFT preferred or they have a strong portfolio to back themselves in the design corporate space.
