Urgent hiring Supervisor at reputed healthcare company in Pune.
- **Qualifying Criteria**:

-  Bachelor or Master’s degree in Social Work.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-  Strong organizational and planning abilities.
-  Ensure awareness and promotion of vaccination programmes.
-  Educate the beneficiaries/ parents on the importance of vaccines.
-  Help Health-Workers in awareness program and conducting the training.
-  Responsible for achieving monthly targets.
-  End to end coordination with the junior health-workers at the field.
-  Excellent Monitoring & Evaluation skills.
- Regular Inter-departmental coordination.
- Should be able to manage a team of Health-workers from a business generation point of view.
- At least 2 years of relevant supervisor experience in public relations, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and industry trends related to routine vaccinations would be preferred. # Salary : Rs.20,000/- to Rs.35,000/- (Subject to Qualification, Experience & Current CTC). # Notice Period : Immediate/ max 30 Days.
