This is a remote position.

**What we’re looking for**:
We’re looking for photo supervisors with strong experience in team management and quality assurance. This is an essential position for the company and so it is important to us that the position is right for you as well. This position is ideal for someone for a self-motivated individual who has an innate skill of attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects at one time. This individual must be able to communicate in English

The photo supervisor is responsible for overseeing the work of a small team of photo editors and their work queues of photo post production related tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure on-time delivery of all photo edits from the team
- Ensure and support team members it meeting and exceeding quality standards of photo editing
- Ensure all team members are trained and supported through workflow related needs
- Prioritize daily queues and tasks for optimal output
- Troubleshoot issues
- Other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by manager

**PERFORMANCE GOALS / KPIs**
- Ability to manage work queues and resources to facilitate 100% clearance daily
- Facilitate defect free work, adhering to the best practices in photo manipulation and streamline photo processing
- Adhere to brand standards and guidelines for final output
- Ability to troubleshoot common issues with photo post production workflows

**LEADERSHIP ESSENTIALS**
- Clearly communicating and facilitating deadlines set to priority projects as they arise and are assigned by management
- Continued drive to expand your skill set within photo editing
- Work within the team environment to improve the work of the collective and mentor the needs the foster a drive for the best output possible
- Ability to understand and execute photo post production task needs, whether they are requested from management, leadership, or the client themselves.

**Experience and execution Essentials**:

- 5+ years of photo editing experience using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
- 2+ years of team leadership experience
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite products, specifically Adobe Bridge
- Understanding of photo editing best practices
- Great time management skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Must be able to speak and communicate in English
- Meet or exceed assigned KPIs and targets
- Meet or exceed the quality goals
- Meet all deadlines and delivery targets
- Meet monthly and quarterly individual KPIs
- Must adhere to all COMPANY SOPs
