**We need a Database Executive in Gurugram office urgently.**

**Qualifications and Skills are**

**Prior Experience is mandatory.**

**Bachelor's degree in relevant field.**

**Proficiency in data mining and analysis tools.**

**Effective communication and presentation skills.**

**Roles and Responsibilities are as follows**

**1. Data Collection and Management**:

- Collect, clean, and maintain customer data within the CRM system.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness by regularly updating and validating information.
- Collect and aggregate data from various sources, including databases, websites, and external datasets.

**2. CRM System Administration**:

- Administer the CRM system, allocate leads.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with the CRM management team to resolve them promptly.

**3. Lead Management**:

- Assist in managing and nurturing leads within the CRM, ensuring a smooth transition from marketing to sales teams.
- Monitor lead status and provide insights to improve lead conversion rates.

4. **Continuous Improvement**:
Stay updated with CRM system enhancements and industry best practices.
Suggest and implement improvements to CRM processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

**5.** **Data Mining**:

- Proficiently use data mining tools and software like Zoom Info, Sales Navigator etc. to extract, manipulate, and analyse data.
- Clean, pre process, and validate data to eliminate errors, inconsistencies, and duplicates.
- Maintain documentation of data sources, methodologies, and data dictionaries for reference and data governance.
- Should have strong knowledge of MS office esp. MS Excel.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
