**Deatailed JD of Helpdesk Person**:

- 1. Drafting letters using shorthand skill.

2. Working in imports and sales department. Job involves preparing quotations,

follow-up for purchase order from customers then taking care of entire gamut of

order processing like confirmation of receipt of order then order

acknowledgement, preparing indent to OEM then follow-up for

proforma invoice from them. Forwarding the proforma invoice to customer then

follow-up for payment from customer in-turn follow-up for shipping documents

from OEM.Once the goods are received at customer’s end then follow-up with customer for installation by sending pre installation requisites and finally end up with the preparation of warranty certificate as well as work completion certificate and completing the order processing file.

3. Preparation of dossiers.

registering product and getting the product license for activation.

6. Verify, authenticate and also update license details in the software.

7. Draft minutes of meeting.

8. Participate in AGM meetings and later prepare documents for submission to

Concern officials in the department.

9. Maintain and update leave records.

10. Fixing up meetings & appointments.

11. Updates and maintains all the records related to resources, attendance sheets, stock register, calls lst etc

12. Organizing and engaging in Production Meetings.

13. Preparing the proforma Invoice for billing purpose and later Commercial Invoice.

14. Preparing formats using MS word, excel & powerpoint.

15. Partly involved in Personnel Department activities such as sending call letters,

Appointment orders and relieving orders.

16. Preparing covering letters based on the requirement.

17. Collecting the necessary information from the Branch Offices and needs to provide the regular updates to office as and when required.

18. Assisting in preparation of Powerpoint presentations for meetings.

19. Preparing bar charts and comparison statements.

20. Regular follow up for the bill payments.

21. Taking care of subscriptions.

22. Scanning and maintaining the soft copies of orders, agreements, etc.

23. Maintaining files and folders in a proper sequence.

24. Getting details through internet or other work as directed by the Boss.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year
