**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead Qualification and Sales:
- Follow-up on inbound inquiries, providing relevant information and offering solutions to convert customers towards purchase
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, professional responses to queries
- **CRM Management**:
- Maintain and manage a detailed record of client interactions, inquiries, and sales pipeline in the Sales CRM system
- Ensure the CRM system is updated regularly with accurate information about potential leads, current clients, and ongoing projects.
- Track and manage the sales cycle for each lead, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Utilize CRM analytics to generate reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights for optimizing sales strategies.
- **Sales Targets & Reporting**:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
- Provide regular sales performance updates to management, including forecasts, sales pipeline status, and performance against targets.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in inside sales preferably within the solar or renewable energy sector
- Language Proficiency: English and Hindi and minimum 2 of Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, Marathi, Odia
- CRM Experience: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms
- Sales Expertise: Strong experience in generating and qualifying leads, closing deals, and meeting sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Team Player: Collaborative and willing to support team efforts to achieve company goals
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
