**Job Title: Data Entry Operator**

**Location**:Pune, Gultekdi

**Salary**:₹14,000 Fixed+ Variable (Per Month)

**Job Type**:Full-time, Work From Office

**Working Hours**:Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems.
- Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies before submission.
- Meet daily and weekly data entry targets as set by the management.
- Maintain and organize data records and files systematically.
- Assist in data cleansing, validation, and preparation of reports.
- Address data-related inquiries and provide support to team members as needed.
- Follow established procedures to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Adapt to new data entry tasks and systems as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Graduation /Diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in office management is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 to 6 months of experience in data entry or a related role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with a focus on meeting targets.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

**Working Conditions**:
**Full-time position, **Monday to Saturday.

**Office hours**:10 AM to 7 PM.

Work will be conducted at our office located at Gultekdi, Pune
