**Job Title**: Chemist - Pilot Plant

**Location**: Dahej, Bharuch

Key Responsibilities

Monitor the process parameters by strictly following SOP/Batch sheet for each operation.
Plant Control System (DCS) as well as Field operations.
Data entry of all parameters, maintain shift operation log sheets.
Responsible for in-process sampling, analysis & maintain records of QC Results.
Should have knowledge for GC, auto titrator operations
To check and ensure each empty drum, tote, or any chemical container, before sending to washing/disposal section & must maintain record of it.
Other jobs delegated by superior.
Maintain good housekeeping in respective section.
Emptying line/equipment for maintenance & Assist Pilot plant in-charge / Executive-Pilot plant for equipment hand over and maintenance work done by technician.
Handle RM/intermediate Product/FG/PM (Fresh & Used/recycle) for plant.
Complete safety checks and safety observations regularly in working area & follow HS&E standards.
Communicate to Pilot plant in-charge/ Executive-Pilot for any abnormal or unusual operation/situation/event.
Assist the preparation of Batch Sheets and SOP.

We Value

2 to 5 years’ experience in similar kind of industries

**Qualification**: M.Sc. Chemistry with in-depth knowledge of organic synthesis
Well conversant with HS&E Practice
Good understanding and previous exposure to pilot plant/ Industrial plant
Curious, good observation skill, open minded with excellent communication skill for successful teamwork
