- 1- Customer- 1.1 Audit liquid packing room w.r.t frequency of filter cleaning, calibration of weighing balance, Inspection of Vibro screen in solid packing, 100% delivery inspection of Export & local dispatches
- 1.2 Generate FTPR for inprocess samples & highlight the deviations which can effect the finished good quality, Discuss the deviation with the concerned team & decide the appropriate Corrective actions, Ensure homogenity of sampling and accuracy of analysis of finished goods
- 1.3 Monitor effectiveness of corrective actions decided for addressing past CC and batch failure
- **To ensure Zero customer complaints**
- 2- Productivity and Improvement- 2.1 Give clearance of Raw materials within stipualted time after arrival of the material at factory so as to facilitate uninterruped production of all products, Provide analytical support to plant samples for development activities of productivity/ yield improvement activities
- 2.2 Conduct Stagewise analysis of ETP samples for smooth running of RO & all products, Stack and ambient Air monitoring at three different locations
- To prepare reports for reulatory agencies like GPCB/ CPCB & MOEF
- 2.3 Conduct Plants packing room audits to avoid foreign material contamination
- **To improve performance of Lab operations**
- 3- Safety & Housekeeping- 3.1 Ensure 100% complaince for using appropriate PPEs while sampling of RMs & while working in Lab & during Plant AUDIT
- 3.2 Provide Refresher training of ERT/ Safety talks to colleagues
- 3.3 Report near misses related to safety abnormalities ( either unsafe conditions or unsafe act)
- 3.4 Maintain 5S standards
- **To ensure Safe Work Place with best housekeeping standards**
- 4- People Development- 4.1 Develop colleagues for cross analytical techniques
- 4.2 Provide training and encourage colleagues for generating Kaizens and One Point Lessons for improvements
- **To improve Skill Matrics of Lab**
