The Software division of the company provides best-in-class intelligent automation software and specialized professional services to help clients modernize their IT and network operations. Driven by policy and AI-based insights, this business unit delivers the closed-loop automation tools needed to align IT and networking processes—critical to facilitating digital transformation and an adaptive network.

The business unit Delivery Team has a vacancy for a Delivery Engineer with a strong software background to join the Network Integration team.

This is a post-sales technical role with a focus on assisting customers to use the product as well as design and deliver solutions for the business unit’s product/portfolio.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prime company contact for any company product issues opened
- Interact with customers daily working on production and deployment, issue, etc - providing feedback into the larger team for resolution
- Interact with concerned development teams to help get resolve the issue at the earliest
- Excellent monitoring and debugging skills to collect all the needed logs with mínimal access and help provide the same to the concerned department for resolution
- Good automation skills
- Bring feedback back into Account/PLM/R&D community to help improve product functionality in future releases
- Provide weekly execute updates on the execution and status of projects
- Ensure overall customer deployment plans and timelines are driven to success and any limiting issues are successfully driven through the team.

**SKILLS**:

- Detailed-oriented with strong analytical and problem resolution skills in a customer-facing role.
- Experience in below
- Operating systems: Linux/Unix
- Work experience and protocol knowledge of IGP protocols (ISIS, OSPF), BGP, MPLS, RSVP-TE, L2/L3 VPN.
- Troubleshooting with Appliance based products for both backend/front end (UI)
- Strong Network Troubleshooting experience
- Knowledge of SNMP, Syslog, ICMP, SSH
- Knowledge of Data retrieval and database operations for MySQL, Postgres, clickhouse
- Ability and experience in working with Traffic - NetFlow/Sflow/Cflow
- experience in collecting pre-requisite for software installation which includes server hardware, server O/S and network infrastructure or setup
- Experience in using monitoring tools like Nagios, Grafana, etc.
- Experience in standing up infrastructure in Azure and AWS cloud
- Desired certification:

- Cisco CCNA certification
- ITIL Foundations
- Knowledge of SQL is an advantage
- Should be able to work independently and be able to work with a global team (Occasional weekend support and extra hours needed).

**EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a college or university with 10+ years of related experience.
- At least 6-8 years of experience in:

- Working experience with Linux/Unix systems.
- Knowledge of the Network Management solutions/Systems.
- Work experience and protocol knowledge of IGP protocols (ISIS, OSPF), BGP, MPLS, RSVP-TE, L2/L3 VPN
