**About Us**:
Ravi Vazirani Design Studio is a boutique design firm known for its creative and detail-oriented approach. With an agile team, we create aesthetically refined and functional spaces. We are looking for a dedicated **Accounts Executive** to manage financial transactions, track invoices, and handle payments efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including invoices, purchase orders (PIs), and payments.
- **Process salary payments** based on an attendance sheet provided by the admin team (tracked via a biometric system).
- **Manage Ravi Vazirani’s personal financial transactions,** including bill payments and expense tracking.
- Reconcile bank statements, maintain cash flow reports, and ensure financial documentation is up to date.
- Use **Tally** for bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding financial matters.
- Assist in tax compliance, GST filing, and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling both business and personal financial matters.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Finance, or a related field**.
- **Proficiency in Tally** is a must.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, invoicing, and financial management, preferably in a design studio or small business.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, taxation (GST/TDS), and compliance.
- Ability to handle **both corporate and personal financial transactions** with discretion and efficiency.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
