**Job Title: Accounts Executive**

**Location**: Bandra (W), Mumbai

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Full Set of Accounts**: Handle the full set of accounts and ensure timely month-end closing.
- **Tally Prime**: Hands-on experience with **Tally Prime** (minimum 2 years).
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor daily bank balances.
- **GST & TDS**: Manage the **GST Portal**, file **GST** and **TDS Returns**, and perform reconciliation of **GST** and **TDS**.
- **Debit and Credit Notes**: Process and manage **Debit** and **Credit Notes**.
- **Accounts Payable & Receivable**: Oversee and manage **Accounts Payable** and **Receivable**.
- **Sales, Purchase, and Journal Entries**: Handle all **Sales** and **Purchase** transactions and maintain **Journal Entries** accurately.
- **Monthly Reports**: Prepare monthly management reports and address other account-related matters.
- **Audit and Tax Preparation**: Assist in the preparation for audits and taxes, and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, secretarial service providers, bankers, and suppliers.
- **Documentation**: Maintain proper documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
- **Problem Resolution**: Effectively resolve internal and external issues to ensure smooth operations.
- **Day-to-Day Operations**: Perform day-to-day accounting operations and tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum **3 years** of relevant experience, ideally in the **real estate** industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Tally Prime** and **Microsoft Office** (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Familiarity with **GST** and **TDS** processes.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Assist with inter-company account analysis.
- Handle any other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 1 year (preferred)
- Tally Prime: 3 years (required)
