We are looking for a **dedicated Accounts and Finance professional** who can independently manage the company’s financial operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and MIS reports.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and compliance.
- Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and auditors as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support for all transactions.
- Manage payroll coordination and employee reimbursement processes.
- Handle all breakups and financial data needed for internal and external reporting.
- Work closely with the founders for financial planning and reporting.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in accounting (preferably in a startup or dynamic environment).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and time management skills.
