**Job Title**: Video Shoot & Editor - Real Estate

**Role Summary**:
Responsible for planning, shooting, and editing video content for real estate projects, including property walkthroughs, client testimonials, promotional videos, and social media reels. Ensures timely delivery of high-quality, engaging visual content aligned with brand guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct video shoots of properties, show flats, project sites, and events.
- Capture high-quality footage using professional equipment.
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos for marketing and social media.
- Create short-form video content (reels, shorts) and long-form walkthroughs.
- Add transitions, background music, subtitles, voice-overs, and branding elements.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to understand video requirements and timelines.
- Maintain and organize video assets, backups, and equipment.
- (Stay updated with video trends, editing techniques, and real estate visual styles.)

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in video shooting and editing (real estate experience preferred).
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, camera framing, and editing flow.
- Ability to handle shoots independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of photography is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
