Job Title: Video Shoot and Editor

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Plan and execute video shoots, including setting up equipment, framing shots, and capturing high-quality footage.

2. Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards for video projects.

3. Ensure that video shoots are conducted efficiently and within project timelines and budget constraints.

4. Select and assemble footage, add music, graphics, and effects, and edit videos to create compelling narratives.

5. Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver video content that meets their needs.

6. Continuously strive to improve the quality and effectiveness of video content through creative experimentation and feedback.

7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video production and editing techniques.

8. Manage and organize video files and assets for efficient workflow and future use.

9. Adapt video content for different platforms and formats as needed.

10. Collaborate with other team members, including graphic designers, animators, and sound engineers, to ensure cohesive and polished final products.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in video production, including shooting and editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects.

2. Experience with DSLR and/or professional video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices.

3. Strong understanding of visual storytelling principles, composition, and cinematography techniques.

4. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process.
