**Derivatives Trader - NSE**

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute derivatives trades on NSE with focus on options and futures strategies
- Develop and implement option trading strategies including spreads, straddles, and hedging techniques
- Monitor and manage trading portfolios with emphasis on risk assessment and mitigation
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of equity markets and underlying securities
- Track corporate announcements, earnings reports, and market-moving events affecting portfolio positions
- Maintain accurate records and perform daily P&L analysis and position updates using Excel

**Required Qualifications**

**Technical Skills**
- Thorough understanding of derivatives trading, particularly options strategies
- Strong knowledge of equity markets and NSE trading mechanisms
- Proficiency in risk management principles and portfolio monitoring
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Computer literacy with trading platforms and market data systems

**Core Competencies**
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Sharp analytical mindset with keen attention to market details
- Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Strong research and analytical capabilities
- Detail-oriented approach to tracking multiple positions simultaneously

**Experience & Education**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related field
- Prior experience in derivatives trading or financial markets preferred
- Knowledge of NSE regulations and compliance requirements
- Understanding of fundamental and technical analysis

**Working Conditions**
- **Timing**: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- **Location**: Patriot Estates Pvt Ltd - 122 First Floor, Vinobapuri, Lajpat Nagar 2 (Opposite Mother Dairy)
