**Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative social media specialist to join dynamic marketing and advertising team. As a social media specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media campaigns to promote brand, increase engagement, and drive conversions. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a team dedicated to delivering the best results for clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement social media strategies, including content planning and scheduling, audience engagement tactics, and analytics tracking.
- Create and curate engaging, high-quality content for social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Manage and grow social media accounts, increasing followers, engagement, and overall brand awareness.
- Monitor social media trends, best practices, and industry news, making recommendations and managing updates to keep our strategy current.
- Collaborate with graphic design team to create visually stunning social media posts, ads, and other promotional materials.
- Work with clients directly to gather and implement their feedback to improve their social media presence and align with their marketing goals.
- Report on social media campaign performance, including metrics such as engagement rate, click-through rate, and conversion rate.

**Job Types**: Internship, Full-time
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: From ₹7,000.00 per month
