**Digital Marketer - Role and Responsibilities**

**Role Overview**: A Digital Marketer Fresher supports the digital marketing team in executing campaigns across multiple channels to build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SEO and Keyword Research**: Conduct keyword research and assist in optimizing web pages with on-page and off-page SEO techniques with basic knowledge of Google Sheets and google Docs.
- **Social Media Management**: Monitor and manage social media accounts, engage with audiences, and analyze performance to refine strategies.
- **Performance Tracking**: Use tools like Google Analytics to track website traffic and user behavior. Assist in creating reports and providing data-driven recommendations.
- **Paid Advertising**: Support the setup and management of PPC campaigns, and help optimize based on performance metrics like CTR and CPC.
- **Learning Digital Tools**: Learn to manage ads on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. Understand basic digital marketing and IT terms and paid promotion strategies.
- **Research and Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and assist in competitor analysis.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work with content writers, SEO managers, designers, and developers to execute marketing campaigns and communicate progress to the marketing manager.

**Key Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, and Paid promotion marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, Semrush, Uber Suggest, and social media tools.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Analytical thinking and a willingness to learn new tools and strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,555.04 - ₹40,833.94 per month
