**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support ensuring seamless execution of pre-sales activities and responding to customer queries.
- Manage administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and coordinating with different departments.
- Handle public interactions professionally, addressing inquiries, and providing information as required.
- Support in maintaining and updating databases, reports, and documentation.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
- 1-2 years of experience in backend support or pre-sales role (freshers can apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
