As we continue to expand our footprint, we are looking for a dynamic and result-driven **Field Sales Manager** based in **Ankhleshwar** to grow our customer base in the city and surrounding industrial areas.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate and manage direct consumer sales for Neptune Chempastel’s products in the Ankhleshwar region.
- Identify and approach potential retail customers, dealers, and end-users across relevant market segments.
- Conduct field visits to retail outlets, small businesses, and exhibitions to promote product awareness.
- Demonstrate product features, provide usage guidance, and address customer queries in real time.
- Build a strong network of local influencers, retailers, and partners to increase product visibility.
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the marketing and product teams.
- Ensure excellent post-sales support and follow-up for repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer databases, and regular follow-ups.
- Participate in promotional activities, sampling drives, and product launches in the local market.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to brand building in the B2C space.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-5 years of experience in sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Willing to travel extensively across the city and nearby regions.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
